In order from start to finish, we had: Lavender Lemon Drop Martini, Gilded Rose (non-alcoholic version), She-Crab Bisque, Tuscan Tomato & Brie Bruschetta (not pictured), Crab-Stuffed Shrimp (seasonal menu), Braised Short Rib, Lemon Tiramisu (seasonal menu) & St. Antonin Cotes-du-Rhone, France (red wine). If you like crab, you absolutely cannot skip the she-crab bisque. It's what they're known for and it is incredible. “ My wife and I had the breakfast buffet. The buffet had a multitude of options ranging Brunch to breakfast items and desserts. I had a custom omelet, Creme Brulet French toast, fruit, sausage and a sampling of desserts. The taste and quality of everything was excellent. The service was outstanding. “ I absolutely love this restaurant! Amazing food, great atmosphere, incredible staff. On my first time in, I ordered the artichoke dish. I was expecting a full artichoke with leaves and didn’t realize it was made with artichoke hearts. While it wasn’t a huge deal, the bartender, Olivia, could see that I was disappointed and promptly stepped in to comp the dish without me asking. Then she helped me pick a different dish that turned out to be absolutely delicious! She turned an experience where I honestly would not have come back into the first visit of my new favorite restaurant. This type of white-glove service turned out to be standard for Olivia and every employee that I’ve met at Mere Bulles. If you are looking for a restaurant that balances a relaxed atmosphere with a high-class, service-oriented experience Mere Bulles should be your go-to! ”

“ Excellent meal all around. Arrived to hostess stand with reservations, was taken immediately to a great table in back of restaurant. Our server immediately arrived and introduced herself and got drinks started. Service was seamless all night.. We spotted oysters Rockefeller and was told it was worth it. When it came it was the quintessential dish that didn't disappoint. Server made recommendations for dinner and those didn't disappoint either. We would have gone with halibut but server Sara said salmon and grouper special were excellent. Food came and was very tasty and well prepared. No complaints with this trip, making it a regular spot after this experience. ”
